According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, July 10, 2025, a Kurdish citizen identified as Omar Mohammadi — a poet and writer from Oshnavieh — was temporarily released from the city’s prison on bail set at 700 million tomans.
It is worth noting that Mr. Mohammadi was arrested on Friday, June 20, 2025, without the presentation of any judicial warrant, at his private residence in the Salimabad neighborhood of Oshnavieh, by agents of the Intelligence Department.
