As part of the ongoing wave of widespread arrests in various cities across Kurdistan, on Saturday, June 21, 2025, three Kurdish citizens — Nour-e din Dudkanlou Milan, Omid Rash, and Asad Rasoulzadeh — all residents of the village of Kuseh Kahriz, a district of Mahabad, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to Hana’s sources, in the early morning of Thursday, June 19, 2025, another citizen identified as Keyvan Mamehgoli, from Gug Tappeh near Mahabad, was also arrested by security forces.
It is worth noting that over the past three days, at least seven citizens from Mahabad have been arrested by security forces without being presented with judicial documents and have been transferred to unknown locations.
