According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, twenty days after the arrest of Esmail Seyed Mahmoudian, a Kurdish citizen from Oshnavieh County, no precise information is still available regarding his condition or place of detention.
According to the information received, since the time of his arrest, this citizen has been denied access to a lawyer, telephone contact, and family visits.
Esmail Seyed Mahmoudian, a 45-year-old employee of the Agricultural Jihad Organization, was arrested on Wednesday, 3 December 2025, at Saheli Park in Oshnavieh, in the presence of his family, by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant. Following his arrest, he was transferred for interrogation to one of the security detention centers in Orumiyeh.
