Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on the evening of Friday, 19 December 2025, a citizen identified as Najmedin Elyasi, from the village of Asnaveh in Oshnavieh County, was arrested by IRGC Intelligence forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Elyasi’s arrest was carried out by IRGC Intelligence forces at his home without presenting a judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, as of the publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen
