According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 24 February 2026, a citizen identified as Mohammad Sangin Abadi, a resident of Qorveh County, was arrested by security forces in Tehran and transferred to an unknown location.
Based on the information obtained, Mr. Sangin Abadi was arrested by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
