According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Mohammad Allah-Rezaei, a resident of Dehgolan originally from Sanandaj and a member of the Nozhin Cultural and Social Association, was sentenced by the Criminal Court of Dehgolan to one year of ta’zir imprisonment on the charge of “propaganda against the regime.”
According to Hana and the official page of the Nozhin Association, the verdict was issued by Branch 102 of the Second Criminal Court of Dehgolan.
Mohammad Allah-Rezaei, 37 years old, married, and the father of one child, was arrested on July 12, 2025 without the presentation of a judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed location. After 55 days of arbitrary detention, he was temporarily released from the Sanandaj Intelligence Detention Center on bail of 800 million tomans.
