According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, a 20-year-old Kurdish university student identified as Mobin Talebani from the city of Marivan was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to Hana’s sources, Mobin Talebani was detained by Marivan security forces on his way to university, without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that as of the time of this report, there is no information available regarding his whereabouts or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
