The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that Mobin Fili, a 21-year-old Kurdish youth, lost his life on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in Zarneh, Eivan County, Ilam Province, after being directly shot by live bullets fired by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps during protests.
According to information received by Hana sources, security and military forces violently suppressed protesters using military-grade weapons.
