According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, 12 February 2026, a citizen identified as Masoud Chamani, from Bukan, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Based on the information obtained, Mr. Chamani was arrested at his private residence by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
