Hana: On Thursday, December 17, 2022, Mohsen Ilbigi, a citizen of Marivan, was transferred to the IRGC intelligence detention center in Sanandaj after eight days of detention.
According to the reports of Hana's colleagues, the named person was arrested and severely tortured for participating in the recent protests.
Mohsen Ilbigi is 27 years old, married and the father of a six-month-old baby.
