Hana: On October 2, 2022, a citizen named “Jalal Mohammadian” was arrested on the charge of participating in a protest demonstration while he was shot in both legs by repressive forces.
Jalal Mohammadian is the son of Khuda Rahm, a resident of Tekye neighbourhood in Marivan and has two children.
According to this report, he was sent to Fajr Hospital in Marivan for treatment on the 22nd of October 2022, where he underwent surgery, there is a possibility of losing a leg due to negligence in early transfer to the hospital though.
Jalal Mohammadian was arbitrarily arrested and denied the right to have a lawyer, interview and telephone communication.
