According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, a prisoner identified as Shahin Mahdavi Panjeh, who had previously been sentenced to death on charges of “rape,” was transferred to solitary confinement in Mahabad Prison in preparation for execution.
According to the received reports, this prisoner was arrested two years ago on charges of “rape” and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
