According to Hana’s investigations, Koroush Asiabani is a senior commander of the IRGC who played a key and decisive role in issuing the order for the attack and massacre in the city of Javanrud. At the time of the crime, during October and November 2022, he was the deputy of the IRGC’s Najaf Ashraf regional headquarters in Javanrud. Based on available evidence, he must be subject to international prosecution.
