According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Wednesday, July 23, 2025, a kolbar identified as Amin Gerdi, son of Haji Mohammad and a resident of Kani Tamarkhan village in Marivan County, was shot and killed by military forces at the “Tateh” border crossing in Uraman.
Amin Gerdi was married and the father of one child.
According to the reports, the Kurdish kolbar was fatally shot without any prior warning by military forces.
A reliable source informed Hana that his body was transferred to a hospital in Marivan.
