According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 3 February 2026, a citizen identified as “Khalil Esmaili,” from the city of Lomar, a district of Sirvan County in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
