Keyvan Mameh Goli has been sentenced to six months of ta’zir imprisonment

Hana: In recent days, a Kurdish citizen identified as Keyvan Mameh Goli, from the Gugtepe village in Mahabad County, has been sentenced by the Revolutionary Court of this county to six months of ta’zir imprisonment.

According to received reports, Mr. Mameh Goli was sentenced by the First Branch of the Mahabad Revolutionary Court to six months of ta’zir imprisonment on charges of “propaganda against the regime,” and the verdict was communicated to him on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

It should be noted that Keyvan Mameh Goli was arrested in the early morning of Thursday, June 19, 2025, by security forces, transferred to one of Mahabad’s security detention centers, and was eventually temporarily released from Mahabad Prison on bail after completing interrogation procedures.
