Hana; On Monday, January 2, 2023, three people named “Seyed Amin Abbasi”, “Seyed Soroush Abbasi” and “Seyed Karam Abbasi” the civil activists of Yarsan, after 33 days of provisional detention, they were temporarily released until the end of the proceedings by depositing bail and surety from Diesel-Abad prison of Kermanshah.
It is worth mentioning that Seyyed Amin Abbasi by posting bail and Seyed Karam and Seyed Soroush Abbasi by posting suretyship orders were temporarily released from Diesel-Abad prison until the end of the proceedings.
It is necessary to remind that Seyed Amin Abbasi, a member of Yarsan Civil Activists Consultative Assembly, and Seyed Soroush Abbasi were arrested by the government forces on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, while returning from Sahneh to Kermanshah at the Bistun Road police station.
Furthermore, Seyed Karam Abbasi, one of the activists of the Yarsan community from Kermanshah and a resident of Saveh, was arrested by the security forces at his home and transferred to the intelligence department of the Kermanshah Revolutionary Guards and he commenced hunger strike from the moment of his arrest.
At the time of publication of this news, the reason for the arrest and the charges against these three citizens are not known, and during the period of detention, they were denied access to a lawyer and meeting with their families.
