Javanrod: Continued Detention of Ebrahim Gol Anbar, Brother of Esmaeil Gol Anbar, a Victim of the Woman, Life, Freedom Movement

Hana: On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, a Kurdish citizen identified as “Ebrahim Gol Anbar,” a married man and the brother of Esmaeil Gol Anbar, one of the victims of the #WomanLifeFreedom movement, was arrested by security forces.

According to sources from the Hana Human Rights Organization, the arrest took place without judicial documentation on the Bisotun-Kermanshah road while he was returning to Javanrod from Tehran.

As of now, there is no accurate information regarding the reason for his arrest or his current whereabouts.

It should be noted that on November 21, 2022, Esmaeil Gol Anbar, a married father of one, was killed by direct gunfire from government forces in Javanrod. This occurred after the funeral of “Baha-e din Veisi” and “Erfan Kakaei” while he was returning to Javanrod during the revolutionary #WomanLifeFreedom movement.
