Based on reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Thursday, 18 January 8, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Seyed Arman Mousavi was killed in the Maskan neighborhood of Kermanshah after being directly shot by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during popular protests in the city.
