The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Friday, January 9, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Saeed Rostamabadi, from Kangavar, lost his life during the popular protests in Mashhad as a result of direct gunfire by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
