The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Thursday, 8 January 2026, Mohammad Mahdi (Makan) Ne’mati, an English literature student and a native of illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
It should be noted that, since the time of his arrest, no information is available regarding his physical condition or place of detention.
