According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, 15 days after the arrest of Ali Azami, a citizen from Sarpol-e Zahab in Kermanshah Province, there is still no information available about his place of detention or his condition.
Based on the information obtained, Ali Azami was arrested during the popular protests on January 8, 2026 in this city and was transferred to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that Ali Azami’s family and relatives, expressing deep concern over the continued lack of information about his fate, have stated that the absence of any details regarding his place of detention and physical condition has caused them serious concern about the health and safety of this detained citizen.
