January protests / Amir Naderi was killed following direct gunfire by repressive forces

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, a 27-year-old Kurdish man identified as Amir Naderi, from Eslamabad-e Gharb, lost his life during public protests in the city as a result of direct gunfire by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

It should be noted that Amir Naderi was a worker and, as the sole head of his family, was responsible for supporting and providing for his elderly parents.
