The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Monday, 9 February 2026, a citizen identified as Jamal Abdollahi, 41 years old, from the village of Gug Jolu, a district of Miandoab, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to information received, Mr. Abdollahi’s arrest was carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant by security forces.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
