According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, 7 December 2025, a Kurdish civilian identified as Heman Rahimi, from Naqadeh, was arrested by Intelligence Ministry agents at his workplace and taken to an undisclosed location.
As of the time of publication, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or any charges against this Kurdish civilian.
