According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, a Kurdish citizen named Hassan Moradian, from the Abdanan district of illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
Sources informed Hana that the security forces went to Mr. Moradian’s residence, claiming it was for a brief interrogation, and arrested him, taking him away.
