Hana: On Thursday, March 13, 2025, Hassan Kakaei, an artist from Bukan, was summoned and interrogated by security forces.
According to received reports, after reporting to the Intelligence Office of Bukan, he was forced to sign a commitment not to participate in or attend Nowruz celebrations. Additionally, he was ordered to remain at home during this period and refrain from watching any Nowruz events.
It is worth noting that on March 23, 2024, Mr. Kakaei was also arrested by security forces in Bukan for attending Nowruz celebrations in the village of “Ali Kand,” a district of Bukan, where he performed the patriotic anthem “Ey Vatan”. He was later released on Sunday, March 24, after completing the interrogation process.
