Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that Rasoul Yadyar, 30 years old, married, from Gug-Tappeh Simineh village and resident of Nachit village in Bukan County, has been subjected to severe physical and psychological torture by interrogators in the Bukan Intelligence detention center.
According to Hana’s information, Rasoul Yadyar has suffered a broken nose, jaw injuries, and a broken tooth as a result of the torture.
Since his arrest, Rasoul Yadyar has been denied the right to meet with his family or to make telephone contact with them.
It should be noted that Rasoul Yadyar was arrested on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, by security forces without a judicial warrant.
Hana Human Rights Organization, expressing concern over the physical and legal situation of this detainee, calls for clarification of his status and immediate access to medical services. Hana emphasizes that the prosecutor and the director of Bukan Intelligence are directly responsible for the safety of Rasoul Yadyar.
