Hana: At least six prisoners executed in Iran over the past three days

Over the past three days, the death sentences of at least six prisoners have been carried out in various prisons across Iran by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic.

According to information obtained by Hana, at dawn on Tuesday, 2 December 2025, the death sentences of four prisoners — Pir Vali Shabani, from Sabzevar, executed in Sabzevar Central Prison; Ali Kalhor, executed in Gorgan Prison; Hesam Nowruzi; and a female prisoner whose identity remains unknown, executed in Mashhad Central Prison, were implemented.

Furthermore, on 30 November and 1 December 2025, the death sentences of two additional prisoners — Sepehr Goudarzi, from Aligoudarz, executed in Borujerd Prison, and Hossein Zamani, from Nahavand, executed in Dorod Prison — were carried out.

Pir Vali Shabani, Hesam Nowruzi, and the unidentified female prisoner had been arrested on charges related to drug offenses and were sentenced to death in separate cases by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic.

Similarly, Sepehr Goudarzi, Hossein Zamani, and Ali Kalhor had each been arrested on charges of premeditated murder and were sentenced to death in separate cases issued by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
