According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, Golaleh Mahmoudi Azar, a 28-year-old Kurdish citizen from Mahabad, lost her life in Tehran after being shot directly with live ammunition by forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
According to Hana’s sources, at the same time as this incident, three other citizens from Mahabad were killed in Tehran, though their identities have not yet been confirmed. Reports indicate that two of them were siblings.
The Hana Human Rights Organization is currently investigating further details surrounding this incident.
