According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization:
On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Fouad Moradi, a resident of Kileh-kabod (a village in Divandareh County), was temporarily released from Divandarreh Prison on bail after 40 days of arbitrary detention. His release is pending the completion of the interrogation process.
Fouad Moradi was arrested on Sunday, June 15, 2025, after being summoned to the Divandareh Intelligence Office. Following his arrest, he was initially transferred to Shahramfar Prison in Sanandaj and later moved to Divandarreh Prison.
It is worth noting that during his detention, Mr. Moradi was denied access to legal counsel, phone calls, and visits with his family.
This Kurdish citizen had previously been arrested and released on bail in a similar manner.
