According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Thursday, February 27, 2025, the death sentences of two prisoners, Morteza Jafari from Lorestan and Javad Mohammadhani from Isfahan, were carried out in Isfahan Prison.
According to Hana’s sources, these two prisoners had previously been arrested in separate cases on drug-related charges and were subsequently sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
