According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Sunday, August 3, 2025 (12 Mordad 1404), the execution of a Kurdish prisoner identified as Saber Azizpour, 25 years old, son of Brataly and a native of Harsin (a town in Kermanshah province), was carried out in the Central Prison of Khorramabad.
According to the information received, this prisoner was arrested four years ago on charges of premeditated murder and was sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
On the same morning, Sunday, August 3, 2025, the execution of another prisoner identified as Eghbal Abdali, a native of Ilam, was carried out in the Central Prison of Ilam.
According to Hana’s sources, this prisoner was also arrested three years ago on charges of premeditated murder and was sentenced to death.
