According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, today, Sunday, February 2, 2025, the death sentence of a prisoner identified as Afshin Amiri, 32 years old, son of Mohammad Reza and a resident of Golestan Qaz village in the Kermanshah province, was carried out in Dieselabad Prison in Kermanshah.
According to received reports, Amiri was arrested approximately six years ago on drug-related charges and was sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
