According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization:
On Sunday, May 11, 2025, the execution of a prisoner identified as Mohammad Abdi, from Lorestan, was carried out in Arak Central Prison.
According to Hana’s sources, this prisoner had previously been arrested on charges related to drug offenses and was subsequently sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
