According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Monday, June 2, 2025, the death sentence of a prisoner identified as Naser Nabizadeh, son of Ghorbanali and a resident of Gajin village (a district of Orumiyeh), was carried out in Orumiyeh Central Prison.
According to the received information, the prisoner had previously been arrested on charges related to drug offenses and was later sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
