According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn today, Thursday, August 29, 2024, the execution of a prisoner identified as “Sirwan Abubakri,” 30 years old, son of Hossein and a resident of the village “Baveh” in the Sardasht district, was carried out in Mahabad Central Prison.
It is worth noting that this prisoner had previously been arrested on charges of "premeditated murder" and was sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
