According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Saturday, February 1, 2025, the execution of a female prisoner identified as “Maryam Kaviani,” a resident of Khoramabad, was carried out in the city’s prison.
According to Hana’s sources, this prisoner had previously been arrested on charges of “premeditated murder” and was sentenced to death by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
