According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, January 15, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Erfan Javdan, a native of Kermanshah and a resident of the Karnachi neighborhood, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Based on the information received, Mr. Javidan was arrested at his private residence by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
