According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, a citizen identified as Elaheh Rahmati, from Divandareh, was arrested by agents of the Intelligence Department and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information has been made available regarding the reasons for her arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
