The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Ebrahim Yousefi, 43, from Dowlatabad, Kermanshah, lost his life after being shot in the head by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during popular protests in Kermanshah.
According to information received by Hana sources, security and military forces violently suppressed protesters using military-grade weapons.
Ebrahim Yousefi was the father of three children.
