According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Farhad Balshzar, originally from Sorkhak Sanjabi village and a resident of the Pardis neighborhood of Kermanshah, lost his life as a result of direct gunfire by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
