Lack of proper supervision by the authorities on the way of working and the security situation of workers as well as irresponsibility of employers is one of the main reasons for the lack of security of work in Iran, and this situation has led Iran to rank 102nd in the world in terms of job security and become a very unsafe country for workers.
Despite the current situation for workers, anti-labor laws and the protection of employer officials have made it imperative that workers have no right to protest against the loss of job security
