Hana has learned that a 14-year-old child identified as Zana Darin Baraei, a resident of Qochaq village, a district of Divandareh, has lost his life due to medical negligence at Kowsar Hospital in Sanandaj.
This child, whose parents’ whereabouts are unknown, was under the guardianship of his uncle. Yesterday, while playing football in the village, he suffered a femur fracture and was taken to the hospital. However, due to unclear reasons, later stated as a case of severe infection, he lost vital signs following surgery and was pronounced dead.
According to Hana’s investigations, medical negligence and failure to provide immediate care have been confirmed. As a result, the uncle and other relatives of the deceased child have demanded an immediate response from hospital authorities.
It is worth noting that the hospital’s security department has attempted to suppress the news by pressuring the family and threatening the hospital staff, aiming to prevent public disclosure of the incident.
