Hana reports that despite 45 days having passed since the arrest of Engineer Heybat Moayed, 41 years old and originally from Sanandaj, no information is available regarding his place of detention, the charges against him, the reasons for his arrest, or his current condition.
According to this report, Mr. Moayed was arrested on Saturday, 27 December 2025, by security forces without any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that despite repeated inquiries by his family, no information about his situation has yet been made available.
