Based on information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 23 January 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Reza Parak, from Malekshahi County in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that 18 days after his arrest, no information has been made available regarding the reasons for his detention, his place of detention, or his current fate.
