Based on the report received by the human rights organization Hana, Hassan Qsmati from Bukan was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 30 lashes by Branch 101 of the Bukan Revolutionary Court.
He was arrested by security agencies on September 19, 2023, and was detained for ten days without access to a lawyer, then he was released on bail of 100 million tomans.
