As part of a new wave of widespread arrests in the city of Oshnavieh, at least four Kurdish citizens have been detained by security forces and transferred to undisclosed locations.
According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Wednesday, July 9, 2025, three individuals — Mansour Farash and Mahmoud Ghaderi from the village of Sargiz, and Kaveh Khaki Nahad from the village of Sufian (both in the Oshnavieh region) — were arrested by security forces.
In addition, on Monday, July 7, 2025, another citizen, Jamal Hosseinnezhad, also from the village of Sargiz, was detained.
According to the received information, these arrests were carried out without presenting any judicial warrant, and the individuals were detained at their private residences.
