According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, Arsalan Divargar, a resident of Sanandaj and native of Divandareh County, was arrested following a summons to the Intelligence Office of the county.
An informed source told Hana that Arsalan Divargar was detained after appearing at the Sanandaj Intelligence Office, and as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding his detention conditions, place of confinement, or the charges against him.
It should be noted that Mr. Divargar has a prior history of arrest and imprisonment.
