Based on the reports received by Hana, on Saturday, February 7, 2023, a citizen of Baneh, named Hoshiar Shabani, 28 years old, who was convicted of cooperating with Kurdistan parties, was arrested for the execution of the sentence.
Hoshiar Shabani was arrested on August 29, 2022 on charges of cooperation with Kurdistan parties and spent two months in detention.
The aforementioned person was convicted by the Saqqez Revolutionary Court on the aforementioned charge and following this charge, he was sentenced to one year in prison, which should be served for eight months of the sentence, including the days of detention.
